Who is responsible

HelixHold Drone Net is a product of Paalupiste Oy, Finland. Paalupiste Oy is the controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect

Only what you enter in the site review form, and nothing else:

• Your name, organisation, work email and telephone number
• The country or region of the site
• Your answers about what needs protection, the protection scope and type, approximate dimensions, surface or ground type, the UAV concern and the timing
• Any free text you write in the notes field

The form does not accept file uploads. Please do not enter sensitive site information, drawings or detailed asset data. We will agree a secure channel for those separately.

What we do not collect

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, uses no advertising or tracking scripts and embeds no social media or chat widgets. We do not profile you and we make no automated decisions about you.

Why we process it, and on what basis

We use these details for one purpose: to prepare and send you a technical reply, and to continue the conversation if you want to take the project further.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Where you contact us on behalf of an organisation rather than for yourself, we rely on Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Who else sees it

• Web3Forms delivers the form submission to our mailbox. It acts as a processor and does not use the content for its own purposes.
• Paalupiste customer relationship system, operated by Paalupiste Oy on servers in Germany, where the enquiry is recorded so that it is not lost.
• Our email provider, for the message itself.

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them for marketing.

Transfers outside the EU and EEA

Our own systems are operated inside the EU. Where a service provider processes data outside the EU or EEA, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the project conversation is live, and after that for the period we need in order to answer questions about an offer we have made. When it is no longer needed for either, it is deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, and ask us to transfer it to another controller. Write to info@helixhold.com and we will respond within one month.

If you believe we have handled your data incorrectly, you may complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman, tietosuoja.fi.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and the form submission is encrypted in transit. Access to the enquiry records is limited to the people who need it in order to reply.

Changes

If we change how the form works, this notice is updated at the same time.
